Mumbai, January 18, 2025 – 100X.VC, India’s pioneering venture capital fund, announced its latest investments in 18 promising startups during its VC Pitch Day event. The event, held in Mumbai, marked the unveiling of Class 12, bringing the firm’s total portfolio to 180 investments since its inception in July 2019.

With its unique class-based investment model, 100X.VC uses iSAFE (India Simple Agreement for Future Equity) notes to invest ₹1.25 crore in each startup. The firm provides founders with extensive mentorship, dedicating over 100 hours to help refine their products and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies ahead of the event.

Expanding the Portfolio with Class 12

From an initial pool of over 1,900 applicants, 100X.VC meticulously shortlisted 304 startups before selecting the final 18 companies for Class 12. These startups represent diverse sectors, including B2B SaaS, Gaming, RegTech, Textile, Consumer Goods, and Biotech, with operations spanning eight cities such as Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Gandhinagar, and Gurgaon.

At the VC Pitch Day, the audience of over 400 investors included high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), family offices, venture capital funds, and corporations, underscoring the growing interest in India’s early-stage startup ecosystem.
