Healthfab Raises $1 Million in Pre-Series A Funding for Growth & Innovation

Healthfab, a leading reusable period panty brand, has successfully raised $1 million in its pre-Series A funding round, led by Mistry Ventures, with participation from BeyondSeed, Thrive Ventures, and prominent investors Anupam Mittal, Aman Gupta, Vineeta Singh, and Peyush Bansal.

Previously, the company secured $336K in a seed round from BeyondSeed in 2022.

The newly acquired funds will be utilized to expand Healthfab’s presence in metro and Tier 2 cities and invest in research & development (R&D) to enhance product innovation, the company stated in a press release.

Founded in 2019 by Kiriti Acharjee, Sourav Chakrabarty, and Satyajit Chakraborty, Healthfab is committed to transforming menstrual hygiene with comfortable, eco-friendly, and innovative solutions. The company aims to address challenges faced by women by offering GoPadFree Period Panty, a reusable, leak-proof solution designed for comfort, confidence, and unrestricted movement, while significantly reducing plastic waste.

With India’s feminine hygiene industry projected to reach $2 billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 14.8% (2025-2030), Healthfab is poised for significant growth.

The company claims to be India’s first reusable period panty brand to receive BIS certification and patent protection for its innovative technology. With a customer base of over 3 lakh users and an annual revenue growth rate of 2.5-3x, Healthfab continues to strengthen its market position.

Healthfab competes with other global players in the space, such as Thinx and Knix, as it pioneers the future of sustainable menstrual care in India.
