Enterprise AI startup Rivvun AI has raised $7.55 million in seed funding in a round co-led by Sitara Capital and 3one4 Capital, as businesses increasingly turn to artificial intelligence to identify hidden profit leaks and improve operational efficiency.
The fresh capital will be used to enhance Rivvun AI’s core AI capabilities, grow its team, and accelerate customer acquisition across key industries worldwide.
Founded by former Icertis executives Anand Veerkar and Niranjan Umarane, Rivvun AI is building an intelligent platform that helps large enterprises uncover revenue losses and procurement inefficiencies that often go unnoticed but significantly impact profitability.
The company’s AI-powered software identifies missed commercial obligations, supplier rebate leakages, pricing discrepancies, settlement gaps, and other hidden issues that can drain millions of dollars from enterprise balance sheets.
Rivvun AI integrates seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, and procurement platforms, to analyze vast amounts of business data and uncover unrealized revenue opportunities and cost-saving insights. Its solutions currently focus on two major areas: revenue assurance and procurement spend optimization.
Headquartered in Seattle, with its engineering operations based in Pune, the startup is targeting large global enterprises across sectors such as healthcare, banking, consumer goods, retail, and manufacturing.
Before launching Rivvun AI, Veerkar and Umarane spent more than a decade at enterprise contract management giant Icertis, where they played leadership roles during the company’s rapid growth phase. Their deep understanding of enterprise workflows and contract intelligence has helped shape Rivvun AI’s mission of eliminating costly business leakages through AI.
Founded earlier this year, the startup also counts software entrepreneur Patrick Linton among its founding team members, adding further depth to its leadership expertise.
As enterprises worldwide seek smarter ways to protect margins and maximize profitability, Rivvun AI is positioning itself at the intersection of enterprise AI, revenue intelligence, and procurement analytics. The company’s latest funding signals growing investor confidence in AI solutions that deliver measurable financial outcomes rather than simply automating routine tasks.
