Snabbit Appoints Abhinav Ankur as Chief Business Officer to Drive Growth in Quick Services Platform

Snabbit, a fast-emerging quick-service platform in India’s on-demand home services space, has appointed Abhinav Ankur as its Chief Business Officer (CBO), marking a strategic move to accelerate growth and solidify its position as a category creator in a largely underpenetrated market.

Ankur brings a strong track record across consumer internet and logistics-driven platforms. Prior to joining Snabbit, he held key leadership roles at OYO and WheelsEye, where he was instrumental in scaling operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding new business categories. His appointment signals Snabbit’s intent to transition from early traction to structured, scalable market leadership.

The timing aligns with a pivotal phase for the company. After witnessing rapid user adoption, Snabbit is now focused on building a sustainable growth engine and strengthening its operational backbone. According to industry estimates, India’s home services market is valued at over $60 billion and is projected to grow at a robust CAGR of 18–22% through FY30, making it one of the most promising consumer service segments.

Founded in 2024, Snabbit offers quick, reliable home services by connecting households with trained professionals for tasks such as cleaning, dishwashing, and laundry. Its key differentiator lies in speed and convenience—users can book service providers by the hour, with professionals arriving within as little as 10 minutes.

However, the space is rapidly heating up. Established players and new entrants are aggressively scaling operations. Urban Company, through its InstaHelp offering, has already crossed 1 million bookings in March and scaled to over 50,000 daily orders. Snabbit, too, is showing strong momentum, having recorded 1 million orders in the same month.

Meanwhile, competitors like Pronto are also gaining traction, reporting over 500,000 monthly fulfilled bookings within just a year of operations. Amid this competitive landscape, Snabbit, led by founder Aayush Agarwal, is reportedly gearing up to raise $50–60 million in its upcoming funding round to fuel expansion and technology investments.

With fresh leadership onboard and a rapidly growing market at its back, Snabbit is positioning itself not just as a participant, but as a defining force in India’s evolving on-demand home services ecosystem.
