Breathe ESG secures $315K in pre-seed round

Breathe ESG, a startup offering enterprise SaaS solutions for sustainability management, has raised $315,000 in a pre seed funding round led by 100X.VC. 100X.VC was the first institutional investor to invest in Breathe ESG. The round also witnessed participation of KANJ Realty Ventures, Hyderabad Angels, Vipul Jain, Pradeep Lala and Prashant Naik.

The proceeds will be channelled towards increasing product capabilities, improving the suite of offerings and making foray into global markets, Breathe ESG said in a press release.

Co-founded in July 2022 by Karantaj Singh and Shaayak Chatterjee, the platform assists enterprises in streamlining their sustainability efforts, making the transition to sustainable practices more accessible, efficient and affordable. It integrates ESG practices into core business strategy to strengthen a company’s reputation and attract consumers and investors.

According to Breathe ESG, it aims  to drive innovation in the sustainability management sector, ensuring that businesses are well-equipped to navigate the transition to sustainable practices. 

Early-stage VC firm 100X.VC has backed several startups this year. The list includes 50Fin, Minifeel, Vodex, ThinkMetal, Luzo, Dr Mantra and abCoffee among others.
