Game State Labs Raises $2 Million in Seed Funding to Power Gaming Innovation

Game State Labs has raised $2 million in a seed funding round co-led by PeerCapital and Neon Fund.

The proceeds will be used for product development, hiring across engineering and go-to-market functions, and global expansion.

Founded in 2025 by Aashbir Bhatia, Ashwin Ramakrishnan, and Jagveer Gandhi, Game State Labs provides an AI-based data infrastructure layer for gaming studios to analyse player behaviour and run personalization workflows.

The platform captures in-game events and player state data in real time, processes large data volumes, and makes them usable for AI models to support live game operations and revenue decisions.

The firm’s first set of products includes tools for faster insights, player-level predictive analytics, and personalization. Use cases include difficulty adjustments, cooldown rules, ad pricing optimisation, and in-app purchase bundle configuration.

The Bengaluru-based brand is currently working with early partner studios to integrate its systems into live games.
