Dialflo has raised Rs 1.7 crore in its first funding round led by early-stage venture capital firm AJVC. The round also saw participation from angel investors Afsar Ahmad, Jani, and Arpit Dave.
Founded in 2024, Dialflo is building an AI-first contact centre platform for enterprises. The startup combines human agents with AI agents and uses an attribution engine to track actions across both and link them to customer experience and return on investment (ROI).
The company initially started with the ONEST project, where it built voice AI agents to help ITI students prepare resumes. It later expanded to projects involving Smartstaff, Lokal, and other companies.
Dialflo currently serves more than 10 enterprises, including Tata Digital, Intugine, and Careernet.
The startup will use the fresh capital to expand its engineering and AI teams, strengthen its attribution engine, and onboard more enterprise customers.
Dialflo is targeting 20 enterprise customers over the next six months. It plans to focus on India and the Middle East over the next two to three quarters.
The startup competes with Crescendo and Firstsource in the enterprise contact centre space. Unlike pure-play AI or BPO providers, Dialflo is focusing on a hybrid model combining human and AI agents.
The company has not disclosed its financial details or forecasts.
AJVC, led by Aviral Bhatnagar, is an early-stage investment firm with a portfolio spanning startups such as Alchemic, Bubble Me, Finanjo, Mindcase, Care Dale, HandyPanda, Multibagg AI, Nuyug, Mithila Foods, Jaagruk Bharat, TruFides AI, Chop Finance, Gaadi Mech, and Iztri.
