Inaugurating the program, Dr. VC Mishra said that handwriting is an effective tool for identifying the culprit. He said that headwriting of the same people can be different in the morning and different in the evening. Handwriting and writing arts of different people also differ. If we sign ours, it will be accessible to us but someone else will have to sign and hold their pen again and again to do the same signature. Also, by repeatedly stopping the pen on the paper, the amount of ink and the pressure of the pen on the paper will vary.
Dean of IMS Law College, Dr. KS Bhati said that Forensic Science is very important in the Indian Evidence Act. He said that todays program was especially beneficial for law students, which will help them to become successful advocates in future.
