Bizom, a retail intelligence platform that optimizes distribution processes for retail brands, has raised $12 million in its Series B round led by Pavestone, which contributed $7.5 million, alongside participation from IndiaMART, an existing investor, and other family offices.

The proceeds will be used to scale Bizom’s innovations, including its AI-driven Real Intelligence initiative, which focuses on advanced problem-solving capabilities. The investment will also support the development of delivery mechanisms and the expansion of key accounts.

Bizom’s vertical SaaS platform enhances sales efficiency, product distribution, and retailer-brand relationships. Currently, more than 600 retail brands from industries such as CPG, dairy, and FMCG utilize Bizom to digitalize their route-to-market operations.

The firm claims to serve over 600 brands and 6 lakh SKUs across 30 countries, Bizom’s SaaS platform provides real-time visibility into ground operations and helps brands understand product demand in the market.

Hyderabad-based Pavestone Technology Fund, a Rs 816 crore SEBI-registered AIF, helps early-growth stage B2B technology companies address critical global challenges.
